Agents and collingdale Delaware CountyPolice Arrested 23yearold Christopher Hannigan in his Delaware County home. According to investigators records hannigan and his alleged victim worked together. They argued and hannigan is alleged to have punched, choked and sexually assaulted the woman at knife point. This evening hannigan is behind bars with a 10 million bail between him and freedom. His alleged victim is being applauded for her actions under duress. Victim saved herself. She had enough sense and enough composure to text 911 and know she couldnt make a call. Some people wouldnt have thought that. Reporter hannigan has criminal history which may have played a part in that big 10 million bail. Bensalem allows victims to text 911 other communities do not. Naval divers have found the body of off the coast of singapore located 22yearold Kenneth Smiths body from cherry hill. Before calling off the search for the other nine sailors missing after that monday war ship collision. Theyre hoping someone will help them identify the teenaged suspects. We just heard a loud bank sounded like a gunshot. Reporter this was the scene inside the new dragon city take out restaurant when an explosive device was tossed inside and it went off. We just heard a loud bomb and everyone came out the shot and we seen a bunch of kids running down the street. Employees at businesses on the 500 block of washington avenue in south philly like Chris Anthony heard the blast and were stunned. I feel bad for them. Coming in here every day. They know everyone around the neighborhood. When you hear Something Like that it gets i was little bit concerned. Reporter reports about the blast worried neighbors like Jason Nicholas who lives nearby and shops here along washington with his family. Theres a lot of families around here. So you know, yeah, youre always concerned and always kind of making sure youre looking around and seeing everything is safe. This could have had catastrophic consequences here dave. Reporter police say the teens were captured on video as out restaurant. Way to the take the teen with the explosive device waited outside for few seconds. It will the device and threw it inside. The heating elements, gas, things like that, there was glass encasements could have e ended up causing fragmentation. No one was injured in the blast. Police arent sure if the device was a pair of empty 80 type firecrackers or something bigger. It looks like it explodes in two intervals. Neighbors hope this doesnt happen again. Could have been a kid in there. You know, a mom in there. Something. You . I pysched been in there. Could have got hurt. No doubt about that. Again, no serious injuries. There was some damage to the store from what were being told the own are in was not available for comment today. It was discovered wednesday morning when a woman posted these pictures on facebook and its been shared more than a thousand times now. Reporter Wilmington Police are not taking this lightly. Investigating the incident as hate crime and vowing to get to the bottom of it. So when they call the citys 311 hotline, they were told someone would be there to check it out but win 45 days. Thats a pretty big hole. Reporter pretty big hole thats grown in the last couple of weeks in front of fills home at ninth and jackson in south philadelphia. He called the citys 311 hotline to report it more than a week ago. I said how long is it going to take for them to come out and at least put a barricade down or something. She said it takes up to 45 days. Reporter 45 days . Thats insane. 45 days. I mean it could be, upping, ten to 12foot hole by that time. Potenial danger right there. Nobody came out to investigate this. Its very dangerous. Reporter neighbors worry what it might look like in 45 days. Preferably not anything like this sink hole earlier this this year in kensington that ate up two cars.
