The da in wayne county where the accident happened now says a 15 Year Old Girl was behind the wheel at the time of the crash. Four boys from Council Rock South and two teenaged girls were in that 2001 chevy suburban saturday morning. Witnesses say the vehicle was speeding just before the wreck. The da says the 15 year old driver is from new york and the vehicle is registered to her father. Authorities say she and another teenaged girl picked up the boys. Went to breakfast and were returning at the time of that accident. The girls in one of the boys survived.
