Afraid of people finding out. Reporter investigators say hill lured the 14 year old into his home on the 200 block of north ninth street in darby around 4 00 oclock wednesday afternoon. Police say he held her captive and then sexually assaulted her. Just imagine being 14 years old and this happens to you. Reporter fortunately police say a neighbor heard the girls cries for help. Banged on the door and called 911. The witness heard her screaming help me, help me i thank him so much because who knows what else would he this perpetrator would have did to my niece. Reporter police say hill made a rhawn for it and initially refused to turn himself in calling on investigators to come and get him. Police say that deeply concerned them because hill has a long and disturbing juvenile record. Our understanding is hes extremely violent. He needed to get off the street and get off the street as quickly as possible. Reporter tonight hill is behind bars where the victims family hopes he stays for a very long time. I want him under the jail. If it was up to me, he would never see the light of day again. Reporter now, police worry that there may be more victims out there. So they are continuing to investigate. Hill is being held on 50,000 bail and even if he was able to post that bail, he will not be released because hes on probation. Reporter lucy federal investigators are working towards bringing 37 year old Delvin Barnes back to philadelphia to face those federal charges in relation to the kidnapping. The abduction of 22 year old Carlesha Freeland Gaither. Hell be here on monday or tuesday and face a federal hearing on wednesday. A camden man filed a lawsuit blaming police for Excessive Force that left him paralyzed. Reporter well, just to give you some background the shelter has been dipping into its own budget for the last several weeks. They just cant sustain that. So there are 300 animals inside this shelter thats cats and dogs and as weve been saying, they only have enough food to get them through tomorrow morning. So since weve been out here they have been spreading the word through facebook and email theyve even gotten a couple of donations but they need more. This is the wet dog, this is a wet cat. How long will this last you . This right here will get us through the feedings for this evening and tomorrow morning and thats pretty much it. Reporter the Camden County Animal Shelter says it has a severe shortage of food this pantry turned storage room now its become a storage area because we dont have, you know, the food that usually fills the shelves. Reporter has just enough food to feed the 300 cats and dogs for just one more day. Theyre hungry. Theyre starving. And we have to feed these animals every single day. Reporter the shelter has been dipping into its facilities budget to feed the animals for the last three weeks. It costs roughly 300 bucks dai daily. Theyre desperate for donations and as always adoptive and foster families. Right now were very overwhelmed with kittens which isnt typically, you know, normal for this time of year. Reporter tyler shopped stopped by the visit to visit the shelter to visit the dogs and heard about the dire situation. I didnt know it was that bad. I got to get something. He went and picked up 40 worth of food. Two bags of dog food. Two bags of cat food. Reporter the money the shelter is spending on food could be spent on more comfortable bedding for these animals. No matter how big or small. Every bag counts. Every can counts. Reporter josh, gerald and their hundreds of buddies at the shelter are grateful for each donation. We just have so many animals that its so important that we get donations and we keep our animals comfortable and happy and full. Sunoco logistics has officially unveiled its plans much the project cost estimated at 2. 5 billion and it should generate more than a thousand jobs. Now this marks a rebirth for the marcus hook industrial complex. The former sun refinery. The project will deliver liquid net natural gas from western pennsylvania to the philadelphia area. Obviously we want to make sure thats done correctly. That its done regulated by our dep and by the federal government, and also we want to make sure that all appropriate zoning and land use ordinances are observed. Now in part the liquid natural gas will help transform such things as trash bags and diapers and new types of plastics.
