Police say there is no doubt that the the driver knew he hit someone or something, the impact, shattered the cars windshield. The accident happened around 7 30 in the area of emerald and clear field streets in kensington, according to police, victim was leaving a corner store crossing the street to his home when he was struck by a car and then thrown several feet, both legs appeared to be broken. He also suffered head trauma and was unconscious, when he was transported to Hahnemann Hospital<\/a> last night in Critical Condition<\/a>. Four threeyear old victim lived right at corner of emerald and clear field. He was just feet from his home when he got struck by the car. He he said to be a real nice guy that when the weather gets nice he sits outside and he cooks for the people of the neighborhood. Parents are concerned after police have arrested a second staff member within a number of days. The prosecutors say 35 yearold maya johnson showed lewd videos and photos of herself to students at the Village School<\/a> in radnor. School helps troubled girls.
