Victim told us that he was robbed, and after the victim was shot, one of the perpetrators actually took a semiautomatic gun from the victim. We dont know if the victim got a chance to pull that weapon or if it was just stolen as a result of the robbery. We found four spent shell casings from the perpetrators gun, we also found a live round and a fully loaded clip from the victims weapon.
