This physical altercation occurred. She was being severely beaten by the boyfriend which led to the trooper that was offduty grabbing her Service Weapon and firing one shot at boyfriend striking him in the upper torso. Both of the individual were transported to christiana hospital where they are currently being treated but we dont know what the altercation was about at this point but it is very early in the investigation but the offduty female trooper did shoot the boyfriend striking him once in the upper torso. Reporter he did not have an condition update on either one of them. Video we are looking at is silver lexus with maryland license plates that was towed away about an hour ago.
