Chad dermyer and the man spoke before the suspect pulled a gun and shot him. The period of time they were together was so brief that i cant imagine that he gone much where are you going . Just small talk. Other troopers returned fire and cornered the suspect. First responders swarmed to the scene. We have be active shooting 2910 north boulevard. Bus passengers scattered and two civilian women injured. Both have nonlifethreatening injuries. The shooter died of his wounds at a nearby hospital. Witnesses described a chaotic scene in the crowded station. I opened the door and i see people laying on the ground like they had to put their hand where they could see them.
