Because this is the university respecting the honor system and we are not allowing students to cheat or to copy and we are allowing that these things happen in the fraternities is totally shocking. It pointed out that while many uva students had been expelled for honor code violations, none had been expelled for Sexual Assault. Rebecca wainwright with the Sexual AssaultResource Agency says victims often dont want to go through with prosecution. I dont know that were going to know exactly what the survivor was or wasnt told. For us we work very hard from how can we best help the survivor and a lot of survivors do not want to go forward. They do not want to talk to the police.
