Jacob and sarah went missing more than a week ago along with their mother catherine. Catherine hoggle was taken into custody over the weekend and is facing charges related to the childrens disappearance. People reported seeing Catherine Hoggle in the germantown area while she was missing and police picked her up there. She kept coming back to this area of germantown. The only reason why i think she would do that is because my kids must be around this area. I dont know who im looking at. I dont know what shes done with the kids or where shes put the kids or if someone else has the kids and possibly im looking at someone whos done this horrible, horrible thing to my niece and nephew.
