Michael glass is the civil attorney for two of the officers who are suing mosby for defamation of character. The motivation for bringing these charges was not to prosecute criminal conduct. She retired in 2007 but has been a substitute teacher here ever since. Youre gettg someone who can carry out your lesson plans and not just do busy work. Reporter regular, short term substitutes are paid 14. 23 an hour. Which is about 100 a day. Retired teachers have been getting about 50 more.
