Reporter tonight there are charges against a teen driver behind the wheel and a parent who hosted a party before the tragic crash. Sam ellis was behind the wheel drunk and speeding according to police when he lost control of his car and crashed. If you get behind the wheel of a car as a driver and you are intoxicated and it results in a death of people, you will be held accountable. Ellis is charged with two counts of manslaughter by Motor Vehicle and two counts of homicide by Motor Vehicle for the crash that killed alex murk and calvin lee. Ellis is facing one count for causing a life threatening injury. Parents should not be hosting these parties. Reporter the teens attended a party at the home.
