Again, the good news at least here in the metro is that the high water has come down. We had some big time rains and thunderstorms, noticed most of it along the east coast and moving up and away from us. We still have some showers here. If we get some sunshine to top like it looks like its trying to do across West Virginia and southWest Virginia. We could get more stronger storms this afternoon. A couple of showers across southern maryland, not a deal there. Thankfully first alert doppler fairly quiet here. Watching some heavier showers just over towards harrisburg and shenandoah. You folks out here youll have to watch that area and for us were going to have to watch it over the next several hours, but a lot of reports of damage, high water, some wind damage as well. At some point the Nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office will need to then calculate how much the bill would cost. The house bill passed before the cbo could figure out what the impact would be. Republican senators will then try and figure out if the bill is eligible for a simple 51 majority vote as part of a budgeting process called reconciliation as opposed to the 60 votes usually required. This will be a game changer. There are 52 republicans in the senate. Now, as the Health Care Bill stands now, if you are a big company, you can opt out of offering your employees insurance. An obamacare rule that young people can stay on their Parents Health care until age 26, that remains in place, but there are changes in rates for seniors.
