A new agreement allows Mineral Area College students to transfer credits to bachelor's degree programs at Columbia College. Located in Park Hills, Mineral Area College is a public community college that offers associate degree and certificate programs. "We are very pleased to grow our relationship with a quality institution like Mineral Area College," said Dr. Piyusha Singh, Columbia College provost and senior vice president for academic affairs, in a news release. "By removing barriers for MAC students to earn their bachelor’s degrees, we can fulfill our mission of changing lives through access to quality education." Columbia College is a private, not-for-profit, liberal arts and sciences institution with more than 30 locations around the country.
