Pierre couldn’t hold a 6-0 lead in the second game and lost to Hastings 7-6 in eight innings. An error scored the first run in the Trappers’ big inning in the first game, followed by RBI singles by Richard Williams and Ty Stauss and Adams’ home run. Andrew Kim later had an RBI single. Jared Shelon was the winner in relief, with Mason Wells earning a save.
