Trenton man charged with endangering the welfare of a child turns himself in to authorities
The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports a Trenton man turned himself in December 17
thon a charge of felony endangering the welfare of a child in ritual/ceremony in the second degree.
Twenty-seven-year-old William Kyle Swartz’s bond is $5,000 cash only, and he is scheduled for the Associate Division of Circuit Court Tuesday.
Probable cause statements accuse William Swartz and 28-year-old Thomasa Kristina Swartz of Trenton of allowing three children to live in unsanitary conditions that can cause health risk to household members under the age of seven. The couple allegedly allowed trash and debris to pile up in the house, which led to the infestation of mice and mice droppings.
