(WCSC) - Troopers have arrested a driver accused in a hit-and-run that injured a 5-year-old child on a bicycle at a neighborhood in Berkeley County. The South Carolina Highway Patrol arrested 33-year-old Nicholas Drew Myskowsky who has been charged with leaving the scene of a collision with great bodily injury in the Tuesday afternoon incident.
