WXXV News 25 July 21, 2021 Wanna take a free ride? Try transit! Coast Transit Authority is giving everyone free rides all day this coming Friday. The CTA will offer rides on all services they operate including trolleys, the beachcomber, the casino hopper, as well as its hybrid buses. CTA has been operating at about 80 percent compared to pre-COVID statistics, but their casino hopper has fully recovered their tourist demographic, operating at about 110 percent. Keeping people safe, CTA is still under the TSA mask mandate. All riders must wear a mask and drivers have some available for riders without one. All buses are also sanitized with spaced out seating.
