— Vietnam on Thursday morning reported 314 new cases of COVID-19 in Ho Chi Minh City and the neighboring province of Binh Duong, increasing the country’s tally to 23,385, according to the Ministry of Health.
— Vietnam had administered a total of 3,960,956 doses of COVID-19 vaccine as of 4:00 pm on Wednesday, according to the Ministry of Health. The number of people who have completed two doses is 241,913.
