BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Two 16-year-olds accused of fleeing from Buffalo Police in a stolen car, crashing it, then running away are facing a number of charges.
Police say the teens were initially seen driving the stolen car on Peter Street in Buffalo around 11:00 a.m Tuesday. The Erie County DA's Office says when police stopped the car, the teenage driver refused to get out then sped away, almost hitting the officer and causing him to allegedly fire his gun.
