Two 18-year-olds wanted in connection with a Rockville teen’s shooting death last week turned themselves in on Tuesday, Montgomery County police said.
John Delonte Black Jr. — who is accused of murder —  and Annbel Sierra Massilon were wanted in connection with the death of Kennedy Merritt-Millet, 18, whose body was found in the Fairland area of Silver Spring last week.
Merritt-Millet was shot on June 22 near the intersection of Greencastle Road and Turbridge Drive near a bus park and ride lot, police said.
