The Regina Police Service Drug Unit (RDU) completed enforcement on Saturday, April 18, 2021, in relation to illegal drug trafficking investigation within the City of Regina. The RDU executed three CDSA search warrants, one on an Airbnb in the Harbor Landing area, one on a Hotel room in the downtown area, and one on a vehicle. As a result of the enforcement, 36 year-old Lilsimon Bichoik BOTH, of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and, 23 year-old Deng GARANG of Winnipeg, Manitoba, were arrested in relation to the investigation. Approximately 2000 grams of methamphetamine, 250 grams of fentanyl, 200 grams of cocaine $41,000.00 in currency, along with multiple cell phone, digital scales and other evidence to support drug trafficking were seized.
