(Manchester Police) MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police were notified of an incident at Catholic Medical Center involving a possible violation of privacy and have made two arrests in the case. After an investigation, they determined on June 15 that a device capable of capturing audio and video recordings had been located in a staff bathroom at Catholic Medical Center. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that the device belonged to a nurse, employed by the CMC who police identified as James Kelly, 33, of Derry. The investigation also revealed that a second employee of the hospital, Heather Tempest, 30, of Dunbarton was accused of being directly involved in this incident.
