WDAY News FARGO — Fires on the front steps of an apartment building north of downtown Fargo and in a "secondary building" at a home south of downtown on May 10 were intentionally set, city fire officials said. The first fire broke out just before 6 a.m. May 10 at the Hamilton Apartments, 307 Seventh Ave. N. No one was injured in the blaze, though the flames damaged the front steps and door. Firefighters had to block traffic on Seventh Avenue as they worked to contain the fire.
