A quick response by officers of the Morvant Criminal Investigations Department resulted in two men being caught in the act of stealing car parts from a motor-vehicle, yesterday. An official statement from the Police Service notes that police officers were on mobile patrol around 11:15 am on Saturday 19th December 2020, when they responded to a report of larceny at Marie Road, Morvant. A report had been made that car parts from a Toyota Corolla motor vehicle were being stolen. On arrival at the scene, the officers reportedly observed two men in the act of stealing the parts. Several car parts also were recovered at the scene.
