Two Month Investigation Results In The Arrests Of Three Suspects On Various Felony Charges L-R: Bruce Allen Hanna, Randy Festues Norman, Kayly Renee Allman Courtesy of Burke County Sheriff's Office Two Month Investigation Results In The Arrests Of Three Suspects On Various Felony Charges March 2, 2021 61-year-old Bruce Allen Hanna of Silver Creek Church Road, 65-year-old Randy Festues Norman of Mountain Breeze Drive in Morganton, and 29-year-old Kayly Renee Allman of 8th Avenue SW in Conover were all arrested last Thursday (February 25) by Burke County Sheriff’s Officers. Hanna is charged with felony counts of trafficking in heroin, trafficking in opium, possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver meth, maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance, and possession of schedule IV controlled substance along with a misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana. Norman is charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and Allman is charged with possession of schedule II controlled substance (methamphetamine).
