As a result, the sheriff undertook a facility-wide searches for additional contraband and found some on three other inmates, officials said. Officials did not identify the suspected cause of the medical incidents, but corrections supervisors and medical personal administered two doses of Narcan to revive one of the inmates, officials said. The incident began when an inmate was taken to Ellis Hospital to be evaluated after they were found to be under the influence of an unknown substance, officials said.
