New Delhi, May 16: Chairman of the University Grants Commission (UGC) Prof. M Jagadesh Kumar, on Tuesday launched the redesigned UGC website, UTSAH (Undertaking Transformative Strategies and Actions in Higher Education) and POP (Professor of Practice Portal) portals.
