UN: 21 million people in Afghanistan do not have access to clean drinking water

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) says that currently 21 million people across Afghanistan do not have access to clean drinking water. On Tuesday this United Nations agency said on X, formerly Twitter, that one of the visible effects of climate change in Afghanistan is the lack of drinking water.
