11 March 2021 The TSM was established in May 2018 to focus on implementing the global Fast-Track strategy and to support countries to fully leverage the United States Government PEPFAR initiative, and Global Fund investments for optimal impact. This consolidated and integrated approach aligns with UNAIDS policies and quality assurance mechanisms.
