UNC on lockdown for 'armed and dangerous person' 2 weeks aft

UNC-Chapel Hill issued an alert Wednesday at 12:54 p.m. that warned of an "armed and dangerous person on or near campus." The school issued an “all clear” at 2:12 p.m.
