UP court issues notice to PMO after PM Modi wears Indian Arm

The complainant submitted that PM Modi was seen wearing Indian Army uniform in Kashmir last year, an offence punishable under Section 140 (wearing garb or carrying token used by soldier, sailor or airman) of IPC.
