What if your project succeeds… but no one notices? I 3 is a free 5-week program that helps postdocs learn and apply new skills to sharpen their research focus and maximize impact in their fields. Teams of postdocs will choose an innovative idea from their own research or the WARF catalog and determine if it provides value and impact. Friday January 22 9:00am – 12:00pm. Register by January 18. As more research is being done in teams, scientists need tools and techniques for collaborating with researchers across disciplines, labs, and institutions. This 3-hour virtual workshop will focus on preparing postdocs to both participate in and lead interdisciplinary research teams.
