HCP photos by Rory Ryan. • • • • The Wilmington Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday that they are currently investigating a two-vehicle crash involving one serious injury. On Tuesday, Feb. 2 at approximately 12:07 p.m, Corey Gardner, 18, of West Union, was operating a 2006 Chevrolet Impala southbound on US 62 in New Market Township, Highland County, when his vehicle allegedly struck a horse-drawn buggy operated by Scott Richardson, 56, of Hillsboro. Mr. Richardson was flown to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton with serious injuries.
