Villar urges public to report road defects : vimarsana.com

MANILA, Feb. 4 -- “The general public may report any defect or concern along national roads that need immediate rectification and we will do our best to implement palliative measures, if not long-term solutions.” 
Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark A. Villar made the call, citing recent resolved issues along national roads in the National Capital Region with the help of citizens’ feedback. 
“Through the DPWH Secretary’s Hotline 16502 which is operational 24/7, social media platforms, we can promptly attend to complaints on road damage and other DPWH-related concerns,” said Secretary Villar. 
Among the recently resolved grievances in NCR include the reported damaged steel on manhole along Aurora Boulevard in Sta. Cruz, Manila in January 22, 2021 that was addressed following day of January 23, 2021 by the DPWH North Manila District Engineering Office.
