By now, Aliaksandr Volfovich has been Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces - First Deputy Minister of Defense. The position of Secretary of State at the Security Council has been vacant since Valery Vakulchik, who occupied the post for less than two months, was appointed assistant to Lukashenka - inspector of Brest region in October 2020. Aliaksandr Volfovich was born in Kazan in 1967. In 1988, he graduated from the Moscow Military General Command School. In 1998, he graduated from the command and staff department of the Military Academy of Belarus.
