Dear Editor: We would like to endorse Jeff Tarbox for second selectman of Westport Island. Jeff Tarbox is the best candidate for the position of second selectman. Jeff has demonstrated his knowledge and commitment to Westport Island through his willingness to lead and be a part of numerous island committees.Through his work on the Broadband and Cable Committee, he has shown that he is aware of what is necessary for Westport residents to remain connected to opportunities and each other.Jeff has demonstrated his interest in the future of the island through his service on the Planning Board and the Comprehensive Planning Committee.
