The party organised a rally at Nice Convention Centre on the bank of Padma River in the city this afternoon demanding fair parliamentary elections under a non-partisan and neutral administration, and protesting the alleged irregularities in the recently held municipal elections. BNP Standing Committee member Iqbal Hasan Mahmud Tuku attended as the chief guest. Advisers to the BNP Chairperson Habibur Rahman Habib, Mizanur Rahman Minu, Joint Secretary General of the National Executive Committee and parliament member Harunur Rashid, Divisional Organising Secretary Ruhul Quddus Talukder Dulu, members of the National Executive Committee Tabith Awal and Ishraq Hossain, and Rajshahi city BNP leader Mosaddek Hossain Bulbul also addressed the rally.
