NCPA April 7, 2021 Taking a few minutes to reflect on leadership before you begin the work day can make you a more effective leader, even if you’re not the boss. This wisdom comes from a study conducted by the University of Florida’s Warrington School of Business. Authors of the study suggest pondering a few questions about yourself: What effect do you want to have on your employees; what qualities make you a good leader; who do you want to be as a leader? The study found that a little self-reflection is more effective than formal leadership training. Check it out.
