Ridgecrest Daily Independent The Indian Wells Valley Water District is holding a special board meeting April 12. On the agenda is a discussion of potentially installing water flow reducers to the meters of customers with past-due accounts. The board will also review updates to the district’s COVID Prevention Plan. A closed session will include one item of potential litigation, three items of existing litigation (two with Mojave Pistachios, LLC and one with Searles Valley Minerals, Inc.) and a performance evaluation and compensation item regarding the general manager.
