Water quality presentation to take place Thursday with the Tecumseh District Library

TECUMSEH — Pam Taylor of the Environmentally Concerned Citizens of South Central Michigan (ECCSCM), will discuss the water conditions of Tecumseh and of Lenawee County, during a Facebook Live event scheduled from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
The water quality presentation will be broadcast virtually on the Tecumseh District Library’s Facebook page. There is not a cost to view this presentation and registration is not required.
Taylor will highlight the current water pollution threats to the River Raisin, Lake Adrian and the surrounding watersheds.
ECCSCM has been testing the water quality in wester Lenawee County and eastern Hillsdale County for many years now, a news release from the Tecumseh District Library said, and over the years of testing, has collected data from more than 50 different sites in 21 townships.
