Waukesha School Board votes to eliminate mask requirement at schools

Masks are optional immediately.
Before the meeting, dozens of parents and students rallied to end the mask mandate in the school district.
"That's what we're fighting for, we're fighting for parental rights. We get to choose, not the school board, not the teacher's union," parent Stacey Keene said.
Student's in the district, who said they wear masks for nearly eight hours a day weighed in.
"I get dizzy, like today, I had a really bad headache. I can't understand my teachers or my friends," Stephanie Neitzke said.
