Im tracking whats in store as you head back to work in my full forecast in a bit. New this morning in ocean city firefighters had to rescue seven people from a Burning House. This happened at a home along st. Charles place. One victim was wheelchair bound and was trapped on a deck until fire crews could get the flames out. All the victims were treated for smoke inhalation. A firefighter was also hurt with a wound to his hand. Rite now a crew is on its way to the scene. We will bring you live updates throughout the morning. Fiery scene in Atlantic City last night. You can see these flames lit up the sky. A viewer sent us this video from dr. Martin luther king boulevard at the boardwalk. Were working to find out what sparked the flames after early reports said fire works were to blame. This morning new information on the search for a missing swimmer in cape may county. Officers say they have recovered a body of a teenager a swimmer had been missing since tuesday after going under. Emergency crews recovered the body last night. Investigators believe it matches the description of a 16yearold boy whom they have been looking for since then. Philadelphia police are looking for the person who killed a man by shooting him at least 18 times. This happened last night along south 53rd street in kingsessing. Detectives are trying to determine what led up to the violence. In Kensington Police believe a man shot and killed another man. This is the scene on east stella street where the shooting happened around 1 00 this morning. Officers found the victim lying on the sidewalk. Another deadly shooting in the city in the olney section of philadelphia. Police and canine crews were along north masher street a short time ago. One person was found dead in a car. Were waiting to find out more about the victim and what led up to this shooting. A neighborhood handyman is charged in the murder of an elderly woman in philadelphia whose throat was slashed earlier this week. Police along with u. S. Marshals arrested 37yearold leroy wilson early yesterday. He has been formally charged in the death of 85yearold regina bruin brunner. Officers ser officers officers served an arrest warrant yesterday for him in norristown. Police recovered regina brunners missing car and computer and they say dna evidence from those items led them to wilson. Wilson was well known in the victims neighborhood. He was handyman and had done work for several residents including brunner. We believe right now now he probably was stealing something from her. Maybe she caught him in the act, with that he set up beat her and stabbed her. Police say wilson has over 20 prior arrests in florida and philadelphia. Today philadelphias first ever youth pride event will be held in center city. The daylong celebration is for lgbtq youth and friends under 24 years old. It features a series of workshop beginning at 11 00 a. M. At the William Way Community center on spruce street followed by an afternoon of outdoor festivities including music and games. That coincides with the last day of the lgbt 50th anniversary celebration in philadelphia. Today there will be a street festival and parties. Yesterday crowds gathered on Independence Mall thats where gay and lesbian activists celebrated. The anniversary celebration comes a week after samesex couples were granted the constitutional right to marry. While many are celebrating the milestone, others say there is still work to be done like envur ensureing all states have lgbt hate laws on the books. The National Park service is warning North Carolina beachgoers to be extra cautious while swimming in the ocean because of the recent surge in shark attacks. Seven people have been injuried by sharks in North Carolina this season. Already surpassing the previous high of four set last year. Each attack happened in waisthigh water this weekend many beachgoers there are taking in the sun and sand but avoiding the surf. I just have a fear of sharks in general.
