With barely a scratch on his body, he is having a difficult time making sense of losing his only brother, francis, in last nights car crash. Francis, who worked in an ice cream factory, leaves behind a pregnant fiancee and two children. One son is a toddler, the other a teenager. My uncle went to go do a uturn and was stuck in the middle. Police arrested Stephen Burton in maryland last night. A neighbor told nbc 10 she heard Danecia Berrian screaming in her home early yesterday morning. Burton suffered several stab wounds. The man also stabbed the couples 1yearold desiree in the stomach. Both are in critical condition. It was a violent confrontation and arrest all caught on video. Now the attorney for a Delaware County man wants the u. S. Department of justice to take over the investigation. Prosecutors say cook his girlfriend and another friend drove from williamstown to West Oak Lane to buy a tv from coffey who allegedly shot cook in the face before robbing him. Reporter its part of a costly deal with safety regulators to settle legal problems in about two dozen recalls. Also part of the deal a record 105 million fine the largest civil penalty ever from the national highway Traffic Safety administration. The penalty was broken down into a 70 million cash penalty. The company will have to spend at least another 20 million to meet performance standards outlined in the settlement. Federal regulators say the reason for the harsh penalty, Fiat Chryslers poor performance that put millions of people at risk. As for the buybacks they include vehicles like the dodge ram pickup with faulty suspension that could cause a driver to lose control. Under the agreement Fiat Chrysler is to the buy back the ram trucks for the Purchase Price plus minus, i should say, depreciation. The cash payouts could be substantial. Listen to this.
