Police say a 15yearold boy is the person who abducted a 5yearold girl from her home, assaulted herninrxdxd and left unconscious in a pile of brush. This is unbelievable. Nbc 10 got that reaction from the girls mother last night. She told is over the phone shes relieved that police made this arrest. They have not released the name of the 15yearold. Hes accuse of breaking into the girls home, carrying her out of the house, beating and sexually assaulting her. Hes charged with a long list of crimes, including attempted murder and rape. The District Attorney will decide whether to try him as an adult. 4 05 now. New from overnight, Police Say Home Surveillance Video shows a shooting in philadelphia that left a man in Critical Condition this morning. . an the motive apears to be robbery. Robber shot a man in the stomach on west hazard street and searched the pockets. Someone shot a man in the face in the nicetown area of philadelphia. Hes in stable condition now. Police havent made an arrest or commented on what may have led to the shooting. Happening today, activist group from all over philadelphia will come together to march through a neighborhood plagued by violence.
