The man was walking to his girlfriends house when three men with the handgun walked up to him and tried to rob him. After getting shot once in the back, the victim had no feeling in his arms or legs when help arrived. On 58th street a few minutes earlier. It was the same story. A man inc his 30s minding his n business was attacked. He was pistol whipped and taken to the hospital. Both crimes are considered to be random attacks.
