If youre going southbound, that traffic is going to be forced off at Fountain Green drive to oxford drive. That starts at 7omy, again. And 7 40 the rest of the parade route is going to start to close down. The scougal expressway, average speeds in the 60s and all is in the green. We have breaking news, and this is live picture. Fire rips through a home. This is north 24th street and west oxford street. And you can see firefighters still onthescene. You can see the heavy smoke. Still trying to get this under control.
