Police say the van spun out of control and pushed the car into a driveway. The car striking and critically injuring a Jersey City Police officer that was standing on the sidewalk. The Chain Reaction accident sent car parts raining all across the street, leafing 12 people hurt. I was leaving 12 people hurt. I was shocked it was daylight kids were outside riding their bikes. There was a group of kids playing football when the accident happened. Get hit. They did not get hit. Amen. Reporter the name of the released.
