The CRLA is a leading professional organization and certifying body in the field of tutoring and learning assistance in higher education. Certification promotes program credibility for the institution and increases faculty and student confidence in the quality of service by setting standards for a consistent and rigorous tutor training program aligned with internationally recognized best practices, providing avenues for ongoing assessment of tutoring skills, and recognizing the contributions of tutors and empowering their leadership development.
