Blanket of fog leads to low visibility in Amritsar  |  Photo Credit: ANI Key Highlights Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab woke up to dense fog on Saturday New Delhi: People in north India will soon get a much-needed respite from the intense cold wave as the minimum temperatures are "very likely" to increase by 3-4 degree Celsius in the next 48 hours, said the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Saturday. The IMD said, "Minimum temperatures over the plains of north India is very likely to rise by 3-4℃ by the morning of January 18."
