Weekend marked by plans to remember Andrew Brown Jr., protest his death Family and friends will gather again, this time to mourn and remember Brown, Sunday afternoon at The Museum of the Albemarle in Elizabeth City. His funeral will be private, at noon Monday at Fountain of Life Church in Elizabeth City.
